嚴曉輝,嶺南彩園項目主管。國仁（城鄉）北京科技發展中心執行理事，小毛驢市民農園聯合創始人。嶺南大學文化研究碩士。從2004年起參與河北晏陽初鄉村建設學院的創建工作，是學院生態農業工作室、鄉村建築工作室的主要創辦人之一，2009年至2015年任小毛驢市民農園總經理。
Dr Yan Xiaohui is researcher with the Programme on Cultures of Sustainability, Centre for Cultural Research and Development, Lingnan University, Hong Kong, China. He is executive director of Green Ground Eco-Tech Centre, Beijing, and director of the Green Ground Alliance of Social Enterprises in China. He is also one of the Founding Members of Global University for Sustainability.
